Costs priced the day they happen.

Foremen photograph receipts and log hours on site, offline if they have to. OCR reads the vendor, date, tax and total and matches the supplier from your directory. Entries queue on the phone and sync the moment coverage returns. Margins update before the truck is back in the yard.

Locates that never expire quietly.

Utility responses arrive by email at your company's own ingest address and assemble into one merged PDF for the crew. Assigned PMs and foremen are reminded 7 days and 1 day before expiry.

  • One package for the crew. A cover page with the ticket number, address and soonest expiry, then every utility response.
  • Alerts nobody can mute. In-app locate alerts cannot be switched off. Push is on by default, email is optional.

Each project has a Deadlines tab: lien expiry, statutory and maintenance holdback release, substantial performance publication, the three prompt-payment clocks and locate expiry, sorted by how soon they bite.

  • Overdue floats to the top. Then due this week, this month, and later.
  • Holdback has a date, not a reminder in someone's head. The release date sits beside the lien clock it depends on.

Statutory periods follow Ontario's Construction Act today; other provinces are in progress.

A binder that shows you what's missing.

Every project gets named document slots before a single file is uploaded. Each slot is valid, expiring soon, expired or missing, so a lapsed WSIB clearance is a visible gap, not a surprise at close-out.

  • Renewals land in the same slot. The newest valid document is current. Upload, replace and delete each write an audit trail entry.

Change orders

Draft it, send it, record the client's answer. An accepted change order adds its lines to the Schedule of Values and moves the schedule.

Timesheet approvals

Approve or reject a worker's week, with a reason. Approvers cannot approve hours they entered. Overtime rules are yours to set (the weekly threshold defaults to 44 h), and hours export as a payroll CSV.
