Anyone on your team who logs into Vinclo counts as one seat: project managers, foremen, estimators, accountants. You pay for the people who log in, not for how many projects you run.
How is it billed?
Per seat, month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel any time.
Do subcontractors or clients count as seats?
No. Subcontractors and clients you loop in never count as seats.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
It stays yours. A one-click export of your full company data (projects, expenses and timesheets as CSV, plus receipt photos, in one ZIP) is available whether or not your subscription is active.
Why aren't prices listed?
