Common pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who logs into Vinclo counts as one seat — PMs, foremen, estimators, accountants, whoever is doing the work. You're only billed for seats you've actually added, and you can add or remove people at any time.
How does the billing period work?
Plans bill monthly or annually, with annual billing priced at a discount to monthly. You're billed for the seats active at the start of each period; seats added mid-period are prorated onto your next invoice.
Does the price per seat keep climbing as we grow?
No. Per-seat pricing steps down at volume, so scaling from 10 seats to 30 doesn't cost three times as much. Enterprise pricing is fully custom for larger, multi-crew operations.
Do subcontractors or clients count as seats?
No. Only the people doing project work inside Vinclo count as seats — subcontractors, clients, and inspectors you loop in for visibility never count toward your seat total.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self-serve trial today. Every account starts with a short demo where we help set up your first projects, cost codes, and holdback rates correctly. Self-serve signup for Core and Pro is planned — until then, a demo is the fastest way in.
