The safety record, kept where the job is kept.
Each project has a Site safety area with three tabs: findings, incidents and toolbox talks. It is a plain record of what was seen, what happened and what was said, with the open items impossible to lose.
Sample data. Projects, people and vendors shown on this page are illustrative.
A finding is open until someone resolves it.
Raise a finding when something on site is not right. It stays open until it is marked resolved. Open findings count toward the project in Portfolio.
Incidents, written down once.
When something does happen, the record lives on the project with its date and the person who reported it.
Toolbox talks, on the record.
Log each talk against the project: the date, the topic and who led it.
The inspection that doesn't get skipped.
A recurring site-safety inspection reminder keeps the walk-round on the calendar, and it appears on the Reminders page with everything else.
