Finalize the draw. The invoice is already in your books.
Vinclo pushes finalized invoices to QuickBooks Online so nobody re-keys a draw. It creates the customer and the job when they do not exist yet, and tells you when something fails.
Sample data. Projects, people and vendors shown on this page are illustrative.
Three documents make the trip.
Draw invoices, holdback invoices and credit memos. They post when the billing period is finalized, carrying the same numbers your client received.
Customers and jobs are created for you.
A client in Vinclo becomes a customer in QuickBooks. A project becomes a job, as a sub-customer under that client, so job revenue lines up in both systems.
Map your QuickBooks codes once.
Each client in Vinclo is marked taxable or exempt. You map each treatment to one of your own QuickBooks tax codes once, and every invoice for that client posts with that code.

When a push fails, you hear about it.
Failed items collect in one list, each with the reason and a retry. Vinclo notifies you when a sync fails or the QuickBooks connection drops, so a missing invoice is not discovered at month end.
Where it stands today
- The sync runs one way, from Vinclo to QuickBooks Online. Nothing is read back.
- Expenses and timesheets do not sync. Hours leave Vinclo as a payroll CSV.
