Hours you can approve, lock and send to payroll.
Crews log hours per worker per day against a pay item from the project's Schedule of Values. Vinclo computes overtime over each worker's whole week, the office approves week by week, and the period locks behind it.
Sample data. Projects, people and vendors shown on this page are illustrative.
Entered where the work is.
A foreman enters the crew's hours on a phone, each line with its pay item. With no signal the entry queues on the device and syncs when coverage returns.

Overtime over the whole week, counted once.
Overtime is computed across everything a worker logged that week. Daily overtime is counted first, then weekly, and no hour is counted twice. The thresholds are yours: weekly defaults to 44 hours and daily is off until you turn it on.

A week is approved or rejected, with a reason.
Approvers work through worker-weeks. Rejecting one requires a reason the worker will see. An approver cannot approve a week that contains hours they entered themselves.
Locked means locked.
Lock a period and its hours stop changing; reopen it if you must. Finalizing a billing period locks the prior month's timesheets on its own. Hours export as a payroll CSV.
Where it stands today
- Vinclo exports hours as a payroll CSV. It does not run payroll.
- Timesheets do not sync to QuickBooks Online.
