What we collect

This website collects personal information in exactly one place: the demo request form. If you submit it, we receive the name, company name, email address, and (optionally) phone number you provide.

We also use PostHog analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own use.

Why we collect it

Demo request details are used for one purpose: contacting you about Vinclo. Analytics data is used to improve this site.

Where it lives

Demo requests are stored on our servers hosted in AWS Canada (ca-central-1). Analytics data is processed by PostHog.

Retention and removal

We keep demo request details until you ask us to delete them or the information is no longer needed. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@vinclo.ca — we'll respond within 30 days.

This policy covers vinclo.ca, the public website. The Vinclo product has its own data handling terms provided to customers. For anything privacy-related, contact hello@vinclo.ca .
