    Utilities reply to your Vinclo-provisioned inbound address; Locate Ingest parses the email and files the response, no manual entry.

    Each response gets its expiry

    Enter the expiry once per utility response — Vinclo rolls every response on a locate up into one validity badge, earliest-wins.

  3. 03

    Alerts fire before the deadline

    7 days out, then 1 day out — to whoever needs to act, before a crew shows up to a ticket that's already lapsed.

  4. 04

    Verify, then package for the crew

    Once every expected response is in, verify the locate and generate a Crew Package — every response merged into one PDF, cover page included.
