Prompt payment, clock by clock.
Once a proper invoice is given, four dates matter: when the owner pays, the last day for a notice of non-payment, when you pay your subs, and the backstop. Vinclo tracks each one per draw.
Reminders for the rest of it.
Standard reminders cover project end, billing, holdback, locate expiry, site-safety inspections and prompt payment. Add your own per project, choose who receives them, and snooze the ones that can wait. One Reminders page shows every project.
