Money that is owed, unbilled or bleeding.
Holdback past its release date with no invoice. A sub payment past its statutory deadline. A Schedule of Values that no longer equals the revised contract. Billing past the contracted quantity. Work in place that has not been billed. Costs that exceed the contract.
Compliance and delivery, before they become a call.
Locate responses with no expiry, locates awaiting verification, compliance documents missing or lapsed, open site-safety findings. On the delivery side: schedules that have slipped and change orders waiting on a client.
Approvals that are waiting on you.
Worker-weeks pending approval, expenses pending approval, and expenses approved but not yet reimbursed. Counted, so the queue cannot hide.
Then the projects list, ranked by the number that matters.
Contract, costs, profit and margin for every project. Profit is the revised contract, original plus accepted change orders, less net expenses and labour cost. A negative is red; nothing else is colour-coded. Roles without money permission never receive the money columns.
What it is not
- Portfolio is not a KPI dashboard. There are no charts, scores or traffic lights: a condition is either true for a project or it is not.
