Vinclo has seven roles. Owner, Admin, Project Manager and Accountant see contract values, invoices, holdback and margin. An Estimator sees rates, the Schedule of Values and contract values only. Foremen and Site Superintendents see no money at all.

Vinclo checks who is asking before it sends anything. A foreman opening a project gets the schedule, the daily log and the crew's hours. The contract, costs and margin stay with the people who manage them, so there is nothing on the phone to find.

Who changed what, and when.
The audit log records changes to projects, expenses, members, line items, change orders, billing periods and timesheets. It exports, and the export is itself recorded. Each project has its own Activity tab.
